Gastropub:  "a pub that provides food of such quality that people will attend merely for the quality of the cuisine, rather than because it is a place where they can drink alcohol."  This is the experience you will have at The Ravenous Pig.  We offer fine micro-brewed beers drawn from our custom designed tap as well as an extensive wine list and full bar.  Guests will also be amazed by our extensive menus, ranging from pub fare to raw bar offerings to creative salads, house-made pastas, the freshest in seafood and bistro classics such as steak frites.  And don't forget to stay for dessert.  Our dessert menu offers The Pig's spin on classics such as bread pudding and funnel cakes.

Chef/Owners

Orlando natives James and Julie Petrakis have long dreamed of opening their own restaurant in Central Florida.  After training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and working in some of the finest kitchens in the Eastern US, they felt very strongly about returning to their home to realize their dream.  Please join James and Julie and the rest of The Ravenous Pig family and be a part of the culinary future of Orlando:  The American Gastropub.

Managing Partner

Lee Kaleel, managing partner at The Ravenous Pig, brings over 20 years of restaurant management experience to the TRP family.  During his tenure at The California Grill, he developed a knack for creating accessible and unpretentious wine lists coupled with consummate service.  At Seasons 52, where he managed Front of House operations, he continued to refine his passion for providing an upscale, yet casual atmosphere for his guests.  Lee and James have been friends for many years and have long talked of running a restaurant together.  With Lee's impeccable Front of House skill and James and Julie's passion for preparing creative cuisine, this is truly a winning partnership.

About Our Menus

We are a restaurant whose
menu is driven by the season, and our menu will change very frequently, sometimes daily, depending on product availability and chef inspiration.  You might not always be able to order that great appetizer you had a couple of weeks ago, but please rest assured that what is on the menu on any given day is made using the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients.  Once we phase out (86, in restaurant speak) a menu item, it doesn't mean it is gone for good, so be patient, and sooner or later your old favorite will be waiting for you when you come in.

Reservations

Please call us at 407.628.2333 to make reservations.  As usual, walk-ins are welcome in the pub area, but do expect a wait during our busiest times (6:30pm-8:30pm).  New:  You may now make reservations on-line with the Open Table Search Module.
