We are coming up on TEN YEARS of being open in our favorite city of Winter Park, Florida. Can you believe it!!? To celebrate, we are throwing it back to 2007 with recipes from the opening year and friends who helped us along the way. We are thrilled to announce the following Chefs will be joining us in a Five Course Wine Dinner with pairings by Master Sommelier, George Miliotes.
To start, Chefs Rhys & Lexi Gawlawk from Swine & Sons will be providing hors d’oeuvres and a reception cocktail by our Bar Manager, Kristian Sirani.
An amuse bouche will be prepared by Chef James Petrakis and our Chef de Cuisine, Nick Sierputowski.
