Swine & Sons

In March 2015, James and Julie launched Swine & Sons Provisions in partnership with longtime Swine Family chefs Rhys and Alexia Gawlak. S&S offers southern-inspired cuisine, including sandwiches and house-made charcuterie for dining in or takeout. It’s also available for special events.

Cask & Larder

In November 2016, Cask & Larder took up permanent residence at the Orlando International Airport serving daily breakfast, lunch and dinner at one of the country’s busiest transportation hubs. Cask & Larder Brewery remains based in the original Winter Park location, a building it now shares with The Ravenous Pig.

The Polite Pig

In 2017, the Petrakises will expand their Swine Family Restaurant Group to Disney Springs with a new concept, The Polite Pig.  It will feature a variety of wood-fired smoked and grilled items. The Polite Pig will also introduce an innovative beverage program that serves all drinks on tap, including Cask & Larder beer, wine, and cocktails.

DoveCote Brasserie

The Petrakises have also been consulting partners at DoveCote, a French-inspired, all-day brasserie in downtown Orlando’s Bank of America building. Chef/partner Clayton Miller oversees DoveCote’s culinary offerings and partner Gene Zimmerman directs the beverage program.
