We are wrapping up the Summer with a collaboration roast! Saturday, August 25th we welcome Chef Kenny Gilbert to cook with our opening team of Swine Family Chefs, Rhys Gawlak and Nick Sierputowski. Get some friends together so you can try everything because there will be a lot to choose from!
Brewer Larry Foor will debut his Pineapple Express ~ You heard that correctly, this slightly tart wheat beer at 4.3% is brewed with pineapple, sea salt and coriander. You’ll have to try one while supplies last!
Top Chef Kenny Gilbert starting cooking his Thanksgiving dinners at the age of 11, fast forward to 2018 and he has a number of accomplishments including season 7 Top Chef competitor, Chef de Cuisine at the Ritz by age 23 and cooking for President Bush while in office.
One of Chef Kenny’s specialties is smoking whole gator, and what better way to test your taste buds than to smoke a hog right next to it! The Chefs are preparing a whole menu of a la carte dishes, along with your choice of bbq plate for you to decide – Pig vs Gator?!
